Some homeowners want to make repairs to their house before they put it on the market and will make repairs using their inspection report as a baseline reference. Please understand that most buyers will still want to perform their own inspection even if the seller has already had an inspection done.
Radon is an invisible radioactive gas that has no taste, smell or color. Getting a radon inspection is always a good idea, to avoid any potential health risks.
I use drone technology to inspect a roof, rather than climbing a ladder and walking it; to get a closeup view of the upper exterior, when placing and climbing a ladder to do so may be difficult; and to get an aerial view of the entire property, including foliage, drainage, and fencing.
Mold in your potential new home can pose a potential health risk if ignored. The air inside your home can be worse than the air outside if you have mold. My inspection will find any possible areas of mold in the home.
I provide a thorough inspection to look for wood destroying insects like termites, carpenter bees, carpenter ants, and powder post beetles. I will make sure your home is in great condition.
A condo inspection EXCLUDES the Roof, Site, Exterior, Insulation, Attached Garages/Carports and sometimes the Structure. These systems typically are owned/maintained by the Home Owner’s Association. Drone Technology & Modern Inspection Report Writing
An aerial inspection of the roof and chimney is performed during our home inspection as long as the weather conditions allow it. Our drone gives us increased visibility of the roof, chimney and exterior components of the home that are too high to see with the naked eye. Video and photos taken by the drone will be in the report along with the appropriate narratives for each component.
We also use the newest most modern software for our reports. Feedback from clients and agents alike has been nothing but positive and you no longer have to scroll through a lengthy PDF to read your report. A link to the inspection report will be sent to the client and agent when the report is completed. The report can be viewed in HTML format which has an easy to navigate table of contents and summary section. Please click the below link to see how our reports set us apart from other companies.
